? – I bought the wrong size, can I get a refund or get the correct size sent to me?

– No. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect purchases which are not directly caused by the creator. Please ensure you are selecting the correct vendor for the body size you wish to wear.

? – I bought this item for one body and now you have released an update for a mod or chest variant for that body. Do I get the update for free?

– Only customers who purchased the megapack, body bundle fatppacks or texture packs will receive free updates to rig sizes

? – Can you help me find an item?

– Check out the Product Catalogue to find the item you are looking for! Each product will have a direct link to the marketplace listings (if it’s available) and a link to where you can purchase the item in-world!

– If you are using Firestorm, please watch this video for how to easily find objects in a store using “Area Search” – If you do not have access to Area search, please please send a message to WraithStore Resident and someone can assist you when available.

? – The ad says the item is modify, but it shows (no modify) in my inventory

– Our scripts are not modify, which is why the item will show as no modify in your inventory. The mesh is modify
– Please right click on the item in your inventory, select “Edit” and check to see if you are able to modify the item.
– Alternatively, please rez the item on the ground and right click > Edit to check.
– The item should be modify, even if your inventory says it is not. All Wraith products come with modify permissions.

? – I need a Redelivery

– Please visit the in-world store and click on the Redelivery Terminal
– Alternatively, please attach the HUD that was included with your purchase to access the Redelivery page.
– Marketplace shoppers can redeliver an item directly through the marketplace

? – Do you do custom work?

– I currently do not offer custom mesh.
– I do offer rigging services, please use the contact form to inquire for more information.

? – An item was just at an event but I cannot find it in your store

– Please allow up to 2 weeks for an item to be transitioned to the mainstore
– I am just one person who works full-time in Real Life, your patience is appreciated!

? – There is no BOM alpha included and my body clips through the mesh

– Please first attempt to use your body’s alpha cut system (located on the body’s HUD)
– If that does not fix the problem, try one of these BOM alpha systems
– If you are still experiencing clipping issues, please send a message to WraithStore Resident and request assistance.

? – Why isn’t an item rigged for body/mod?

– I am only one person, and I cannot offer support to every single body or mod on the grid with every item I create.
– You can request an item by filling out our request form here and I will consider adding the size if I have time.
